Breakthrough Mentoring
“Which everyday problem will we fix today?”
Kids at Heart Australia brings together local communities to create transformative experiences for families impacted by antisocial behaviour. As the only peer-to-peer and community-focussed mentoring program of its kind, it helps strengthen and support change in ‘the village’ by giving young people the tools to transform their thinking and shift local culture.

Everyone from one geographical area who is interested in becoming the Kids At Heart team for their community comes together for development sessions.

The course is delivered in an all-in retreat. This week holds life-changing moments for everyone involved.

The ‘Kids At Heart’ team has made a commitment to stay connected and help “their kids” fulfil the goals they want to achieve.
